Rosehill Gardens Racecourse

Rosehill Gardens Racecourse is home to thoroughbred race meetings throughout the year. It's calendar includes the prestigious Golden Slipper Festival and Spring Racing Carnival.

The venue offers high quality entertainment, first-class facilities and award-winning catering and customer service. It also accommodates more than 350 horses trained by some of the State's top trainers including John Hawkes, Chris Waller, Tim Martin, Jack Denham and Gerald Ryan.

It is the host of Australia's richest day of racing, AAMI Golden Slipper Day, which is held on the first Saturday in April, as part of the Autumn Festival. The day showcases a field of world-class two-year-olds, the $3.5 million AAMI Golden Slipper race and Australia's best rated race, The BMW. In all, the Festival presents 18 group events over three consecutive Saturdays, with nearly $11 million in prize money up for grabs.

Outside of racing season, Rosehill Gardens hosts some of Sydney’s favourite events including the NSW Caravan, Camping 4WD and Holiday Supershow and Westmead Children’s Hospital’s annual Teddy Bears Picnic.
