Sunset, Sound & Stillness
Join Tida and Anita for a “Sunset Sound & Stillness Event” at SoulTree Yoga Studio, Northmead.
Let’s celebrate the end of the week with a deeply restful practice of Yin and Sound Healing. Using singing bowls, ocean drums and Koshi chimes, Tida will expertly lead you through an immersive sound healing experience draining away deep tension while Anita’s signature gentle Restorative Yoga and self-exploratory style of Yin Yoga will transport you to a place of bliss. Combining these practices together magically brings a sense of harmony and peace to one’s practice.
This practice suits everybody, even those who have not practiced Yin before. Rest assured that this will be a gentle, accessible and mostly stationary practice, using the support of yoga props. Bring along some friends: treat yourself and your loved ones to an evening of deep relaxation.
BYO: yoga mat, 2 x blankets, warm socks and comfortable clothing, a sarong, water and an eye-pillow if you have one. There are yoga mats available for hire at the studio.
