The hugely popular Spring Harvest returns to Elizabeth Farm, Sunday 23 September with a full day of family-friendly activities.
Spring Harvest is back with a jam packed day of artisan delights, fine food market, demonstrations, workshops and fascinating talks at historic Elizabeth Farm - one of Australia's oldest homesteads.
Visitors can browse, sample, sip and shop from a handpicked selection of Sydney’s finest food producers including breads, cheeses, gourmet meats, pies, gelato, teas, salts and spices.
Stalls include: Brickfields, Broomfields Pies, Crop Swap Sydney, Currong Comestibles, Country Women’s Association (CWA) Eastwood Epping, Darcy St Project, Gelato Man, Nomad Spices, Olsson's Salt and Bretzelwagen, Steph's Gourmet Foods, Sydney Living Museums Shop, T Totaler, Willowbrae Chevre Cheese and more.
The day begins with a welcome to country by Rhiannon Wright of Muru Mittigar followed by a variety of food demonstrations, hands-on workshops and talks where people can meet the producers to discover the story behind their food.
Come and find out the secret behind making the CWA’s famous, award-winning scone and learn to make easy-as-pie butter pastry while the kids can get hands-on in the garden with workshops by Pocket City Farms.
