Dance for People with Parkinson's
FUN and CREATIVE DANCE classes led by Diane Busuttil & assisted by Jia-Wei Zhu.
This weekly class is specifically designed for people with Parkinson’s disease, carers, friends and family members.
Classes will get the blood flowing and the body dancing. They will include soft stretches suited to everyone’s ability, moving to classic tunes and interacting with other participants in a social setting. No previous dance experience is necessary!
What to Wear: Comfy non restrictive clothing, soft shoes or bare feet.
