Chef and restaurateur Matt Moran and his friend Anthony Puharich of Vic's Premium Quality Meat will answer your questions and tell you their tales as you enjoy a three course Chophouse feast. Anthony's just released book 'Meat: The Ultimate Companion' will also be available to purchase and you can ask the man himself all about his butchers bible.
Tickets: $110 per person or $170 including the book
Ticket includes a three course shared experience of shared entrees, a Tomahawk Feast, shared dessert and a two-hour beverage package of wine, beer or soft drinks.
