Australia's Largest Croissant at Threefold Pastry
To celebrate this National Croissant Day on 30th January, our team of passionate artisan bakers and pastry chefs are working together to create the largest handcrafted croissant in Australia.
On Friday, 29th January, Head Pastry Chef Ali Balapurwala and his team will be whipping up a croissant weighing approximately 1.2kgs – three times folded to perfection.
To further help spread the love of the beloved flaky and deliciously buttery pastry, we are offering an additional free croissant for those who purchase 5 croissants or more throughout the week (Friday, 29th January – Friday, 5th February.)
