Sydney Helicopters

Sydney Helicopters has Sydney’s largest fleet of helicopters and is based 10 minutes down the road from the Parramatta CBD. They cater for both the individual flyer, and for groups of up to 50 people. Scenic flights from 25 to 40 minutes are available 7 days a week. They take in the Parramatta River, Sydney Harbour, the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House and the golden sands of Sydney’s beaches.

Sydney Helicopters also fly from Parramatta to the Blue Mountains where travellers can access the wonderful World Heritage listed National Park in just 20 minutes, and they fly to the beautiful Hunter Valley North of Sydney which takes just 40 minutes.

Helicopters can also be booked for special events, photography sessions or transfers.

Flights start from $195 per person for a 30 minute flight and can be booked 7 days a week between 8am and 6pm. 

Access the helipad from Parramatta by taking Hassle Street, crossing over James Ruse Drive to Grand Ave, turning right at Colquhoun Street and right at Unwin Street , then left into Wentworth Street (OR take Hassle Street, turn right onto James Ruse Drive, left onto Parramatta Road and left into Wentworth Street).

From Sydney, take the M4 Motorway through the toll booths and next left at the James Ruse Drive exit. Turn left onto James Ruse Drive and then left again at Parramatta Road. Complete the journey by turning left into Wentworth Street.
