Phó Pasteur Vietnamese Cuisine
While the Westfield branch has more modern fittings than the Church Street original, both share the same Vietnamese traditional dishes and cooking styles.
In addition to rice dishes topped with fried chicken or grilled pork, this franchise is known for it’s eponymous Pho – a traditional Vietnamese noodle broth with either chicken or beef.
Specials include 'banh xeo', a crispy pancake filled with prawns, pork and bean sprouts served with sweet chilli sauce.
