Courtney’s Brasserie
Celebrating their 25th anniversary, there’s always something new to try at Courtney’s; one of the city’s finest dining rooms. The food here is decidedly Modern Australian with touches of Asian and Italian influence. Housed in a historic cottage, it’s a great venue for a special dinner or even a working lunch!
An emphasis on sourcing local ingredients directly from farmers and producers results in a dynamic seasonal menu that changes almost daily. Take full advantage of this consideration and try a 7 course degustation from $79 per person or $156 per person with matching wines (from Tuesday – Saturday only).
While the selection changes often, you can expect to find signature desserts such as the delightfully light berry soufflé or vanilla bean crème brulee. A wide selection of Australian wines is also available. Courtney’s is featured in the Sydney Morning Herald’s Good Food Guide 2010 edition.
