Parramatta Stadium offers first-class Function and Conference facilities for hire seven days a week for all occasions.
All Corporate and Social Events can be catered for including Meetings, Presentations, Conferences, Product Launches, Trade Shows, Award Ceremonies, Team Building events, Sports Days, Business Breakfasts/Luncheons/Dinners and Cocktail/Black Tie Events.
Facilities include the Cumberland Lounge and Corporate Suites which cater for up to 150 guests (theatre style) with superb views overlooking the main arena.
For over 20 years the team at Parramatta Stadium has managed and delivered events that have exceeded expectations. They work effectively with a network of event contacts in staging, lighting, sound, equipment hire, and event services.
The on-site catering team supplied by the Gema Group is one of Sydney’s premium event catering companies. They provide creative and unique food and beverage solutions to ensure the success of each event held at the venue.

The venue has on-site parking for over 150 vehicles and is within walking distance of the Parramatta CBD and all forms of public transport.
Parramatta Stadium is also serviced by the free 'Loop' bus; the route includes Phillip Street restaurants, Parramatta Station, Westfield, Parramatta Park, Riverside Theatres, Parramatta Stadium, the Leagues and RSL clubs, and Eat Street (Church Street).
